Feingold to be Declared Quaint

The New York Times reports that Russ Feingold is prepared to filibuster the extension of The Fascist Patriot Act by reading the Bill of Rights.

"'I've cleared my schedule right up to Thanksgiving,' Mr. Feingold said, adding that he was making plans to read aloud from the Bill of Rights as part of a filibuster if necessary."
Question: Didn't the Bu$hites declare The Bill of Rights a quaint document, along with the Geneva accords?
