"The CFSM claims to have existed for hundreds of years. The church’s god is a giant creature made of spaghetti and meatballs, and its belief system is based around a few key policies. Adherents believe that pirates, “the original Pastafarians, were peaceful explorers, and it was due to Christian misinformation that they have an image of outcast criminals today”. They also consider every Friday to be religiously significant and promise an afterlife of beer volcanoes and stripper factories."
